We are an all inclusive event management and logistics company that provides a complete range of services to individuals looking to plan a private or semi private event.

What size groups can use The IN Solutions?
Anywhere between 10-1500 people

What kind of events can be booked though The IN Solutions?

A wide variety of corporate events: product launches, meetings, holiday parties, meetings and more

University events such as graduation parties, reunions, networking and faculty gatherings

Concerts, shows and large promotional events

Social events such as dinners, happy hours, birthday VIP tables

Baby showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, engagement partiers and more.

What are the costs associated with your services?

Our basic services are free. The venue pays us commission on completed events. Our additional services involving 3rd party vendors will include a surcharge on total cost of goods and services before tax.

What is your deposit and cancelation policy?

Most venues require a 50% deposit. The cancellation policy varies by venue

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, company checks, certified checks and cash.

Can the payment be split between several parties?

Yes the payment can be split between up to 5 people. Each individual will require to fill out a separate credit card authorization form.
